Project Manager Type: Permanent Location: Norwich - Hybrid working available Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 You will be a Project Manager who likes to problem solve, can work collaboratively in a small projects team for a SaaS business, delivering and implementing software solutions for clients using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet high standards and client expectations. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects, coordinating with customers, internal staff, and third parties. Monitor and capture project scope, timescales, risks, quality criteria, budget, and project benefits. Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their projects. Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, capturing key requirements. Create and update project plans, including key milestones and deliverables. Manage project budgets within your tolerance, report on these, and indicate risks where appropriate. Liaise closely with the technical team to ensure projects are kept on track. Collaborate with the Head of Project Services and PMO Team on resourcing technical engineers and suggest continuous process improvements. Provide summary status updates to the Senior Project Manager and work with the Project Coordinator to delegate activities as needed. Maintain and create documentation packs as used in projects, ensuring consistent branding and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Positive and proactive attitude towards change and challenges. Knowledge of current industry and professional trends in project management. Ability to remain composed during busy periods and when faced with challenges. Experience with Smartsheet’s administration. PRINCE2 or a similar recognised project management qualification.
