The Role
Health is one is embarking on an exciting transformation to redefine the organisation’s identity. This period of growth and innovation calls for a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead efforts in elevating brand visibility and driving deeper engagement with both established and new audiences. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that resonate across all channels, ensuring our brand’s evolving identity reaches and connects with key demographics. Full time role, but will consider 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development
1. Contribute to the renovation of the organisation’s identity.
2. Work with key staff to produce high-quality, engaging content to prepare for brand launch.
3. Align brand messaging across all divisions of the organisation.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
1. Create a comprehensive strategy to improve the organisation’s visibility.
2. Execute and manage marketing campaigns aimed at building brand awareness.
3. Create key messaging aligned with the company’s new vision and business goals.
4. Develop marketing plans for product launches.
5. Identify and prepare for key events and promotions.
Digital Marketing Management:
1. Oversee the company’s digital presence, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
2. Analyse online traffic and engagement metrics, using data to optimise strategies.
3. Manage website content, digital ads, and online campaigns to increase engagement.
4. Create a social media strategy to support the launch.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as clinicians, service managers, client support staff and senior leaders.
2. Identify, develop and manage a team of creative expertise to contribute to content development and aspirations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on campaign performance.
2. Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to assess the success of campaigns and improve engagement.
3. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
2. Experience: 5+ years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years of management experience.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms) and data analysis.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong project management abilities, experience leading a team, and excellent communication skills.
5. Creative Thinking: Ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
6. Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for data analysis and insights-driven decision-making.
