ActivityManager- 12 months FTC
Location:Slough/Maidenhead + 50% HybridWorking
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus +Benefits
The ActivityManager will oversee cross functional teams to deliver projectswithin challenging timelines. The role is critical in ensuringdelivery of the Drinks & Treats innovation pipeline and otherproduct activities whilst maintaining quality, speed and agility.These projects include new product development, core productoptimisation and structural changes such as system/processimplementation.
Whatare we lookingfor?
* Experience managingand delivering complex projects through cross-functionalteams.
* Proven track record of deliveringsuccessful projects, with experience working with 3rd partysuppliers (ideally in foodmanufacturing).
* Strong communication,interpersonal, and critical thinking skills with the ability toprioritize effectively.
* Highly organized,driven, and a strong problem-solver, with a proactive approach tomaking thingshappen.
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Overseeprojects from brief to market completion across multiplecategories.
* Organize and drive cross-functionalteams to meet activity objectives anddeliverables.
* Serve as a neutral mediator,guiding critical conversations to ensure properconclusions.
* Manage project timelines, identifycritical paths, and solve issues to keep projects ontrack.
* Share learnings with stakeholders todrive continuous improvement.
* Within 3 months,you’ll lead project meetings; by 6 months, motivate teams andunderstand their impact on thebusiness.
