As a Sales Office Apprentice, you will support the sales team by assisting with inbound inquiries, customer interactions, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Internal Sales Representative, Dog Health Manager, and Sales Operations Manager to gain experience in sales operations, customer service, and customer service processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing inquiries and customer interactions.
• Support order processing, CRM updates, and sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in the apprenticeship program and apply learned skills to contribute
to team goals.
Working Week: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, there may be the very occasional Saturday working, so an extra day off during the week would be given if this is the case.
Qualifications required:
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in using computers.

Training: Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
