We are seeking a dynamic individual for this role starting as soon as possible; hybrid working between two Younger Persons schemes and home-based working. This is an exciting opportunity to manage two Younger Persons schemes; working in a way that meets the needs of the projects. You’ll be a manager who is visible and available to your teams. You’ll be mixing this with working from home to be most productive. Whilst we don’t expect you to have all the role requirements, we need someone who knows younger persons services in a housing support setting. Most likely you’ll have been leading a team and want that next step up. What is essential is that you have lots of energy, drive and enthusiasm and the willingness to learn and adapt. You’ll be part of a supportive network of support managers and as part of this, you and the other managers are part of a rota that offers advice and support for the during the evening through to the next morning for a seven day week: once in every 4 weeks.
