R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-known retail brand in their search for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis until Jan/Feb 2025. This role will require you to provide outstanding service to a range of customers.
Based in West Norfolk, this is a full time, temporary position. This is a fully office based position. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm on a rotational shift basis. The offered salary is £12.18 per hour.
The day to day
1. Handling incoming customer calls and dealing with their queries in a calm, efficient manner.
2. Handling refunds and exchanges & processing related administration.
3. Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
4. Providing Live Chat support to customers.
You will have/be
1. Proven customer service experience and administrative skills.
2. Good telephone manner.
3. Able to take the initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
4. Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
5. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
6. UK driving license and own transport is essential due to location.
