Role Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Video Producer to join our in-house creative team, working alongside collaborating with our 3D designers, developers, and animators. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through visual media. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other creative professionals to transform raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging videos: Edit and assemble video content that captivates our audience and tells a compelling story. Collaborate with our team: Work closely with directors, content creators and other creatives to understand project needs and bring ideas to life. Organize and review footage: Dive into shooting scripts and raw material, creating shot lists that highlight the best moments. Create final cuts: Trim and assemble footage into a polished final product, ensuring smooth transitions and a cohesive flow. Enhance with audio: Add music, dialogue, sound effects, and graphics to elevate the storytelling experience. Incorporate feedback: Engage with stakeholders throughout the editing process to refine your work based on their insights. Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest editing technologies and industry trends to continually improve your craft. What we’re looking for: Experience matters: You should have at least 3 years of professional video editing experience under your belt. Technical skills: Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer is essential. Familiarity with After Effects or similar tools for special effects is a plus Show us your work: A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills is a must. Creative vision: You should have a talent for storytelling and an eye for detail that makes every frame count. Educational background: A degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have the experience. Attention to detail: Your organisational skills will help ensure that every project meets our high standards. Bonus points: Experience creating both short-form and long-form content. Knowledge of various video formats and encoding standards. Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Understanding of sound design principles and audio editing experience.
