Required experience/skill set:
* Experience and knowledge of Evolution / FSI Go
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Confident Decision Maker
* Very Strong Communication Skills
* Ability to Manage Conflict
* Financial Knowledge and Understanding of Credits, Accruals, Pro-Rata
Main responsibilities:
* PL inbox and distributing Pos to contract support
* Coding invoices and posting to Sage
* Reviewing invoice queries and liaising with appropriate teams to resolve
* Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Preparation of weekly and monthly payment schedules
* Assisting with payment runs
* Resolving supplier queries
* Vehicle postings - congestion, fuel card, dart tag - liaising with fleet administrator to ensure accuracy
* Code and process expenses
