About The Role Account Manager Business Unit: Restore Records Management Location: Durham, DH6 5NP Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Hours: 40 - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Salary: £26,500 Ideally candidates must drive, due to the location of this site We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of accounts. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue across the Restore PLC portfolio. Working on a shared portfolio, you will take ownership and accountability for assigned queries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.About The CompanyThis position requires collaboration with the Service Delivery, Regional Customer Care Teams, and National Account Managers, making you the first escalation point for customers while managing a large shared list of accounts.Key Responsibilities: Protect and retain client accounts to maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Accurately report critical information to your line manager. Coordinate resolution plans across various Restore departments. Skills and Experience Required: To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the following: Exceptional customer-facing skills, including via phone, Teams, and email. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer queries efficiently. Keen attention to detail, with experience in collaborating across departments to resolve issues. Knowledge of Restore operations and the O’Neil system is advantageous. Ability to secure new contracts for existing clients as needed. Proficiency in identifying new storage and project opportunities and working with internal teams to win new business. Strong cross-selling skills to introduce and promote Restore group services. CRM management experience, ensuring account details are accurate and up-to-date. Ability to provide accurate reports and relevant information to your line manager.
