Reporting directly to the management team, our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of organising and have a strong customer focus. Our ideal candidate requirements: Processing and helping co-ordinate works Job costings (tracking, closing down jobs, emailing communications, job completion handover) Assisting with Drawings (fire zone charts and as fitted drawings, experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given) Liaising with team managers on a daily basis to ensure necessary tasks are completing before, during and after scheduled installation works. Taking internal/external calls General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.) Aspects of technical (would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given.)
