Job Title: Developer / PhD Internship – AI Graph RAG & Agentic Model Development for Enterprise AI Transformation
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential extension or full-time opportunity)

What You'll Work On:
* Developing AI-native graph-based RAG systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that can scale across large enterprise datasets and knowledge graphs.
* Designing and optimizing agentic AI models capable of planning, decision-making, and continuous learning in real-world enterprise environments.
* Prototyping transformation modelling tools that enable enterprises to simulate, reason, and adapt using AI agents.
* Building and testing modular LLM-based pipelines (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude) for reasoning, workflow orchestration, and dynamic knowledge integration.
* Pushing boundaries on multi-modal integration, graph traversal, and vector search with tools like LangChain, Haystack, Neo4j, ArangoDB, or custom-built solutions.
Who You Are:
* A PhD candidate or advanced CS/AI developer with deep experience in NLP, LLMs, and AI agent architecture.
* A 10x developer mindset – fast learner, fast builder, able to absorb a concept and implement within days, not weeks.
* Fluent in Python, with hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Ray.
* Strong in graph theory, vector databases, knowledge representation, and LLM orchestration.
* Familiar with modern tooling: Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant, Redis, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, etc.
* Bonus if you’ve experimented with Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, OpenAgents, or Semantic Kernel.
* Comfortable with ambiguous problems and rapid prototyping in startup-paced environments.
