Helpdesk Admin (Hybrid)

An SME in the Building Services industry are currently looking for a Helpdesk Admin based in the Essex area for a hybrid role split between head office and working from home. Due to the companies growth, they are expanding their excellent team so they'll be plenty of progression opportunities in the future. This organisation cover mainly engineering work in the maintenance field so previous experience in this industry will be beneficial. If you're tired of the commute into the city and are looking for a more local and flexible role then this could be for you!
The successful candidate will; manage phone call and email requests, manage and schedule engineer works, arrange PPMSs, use the Job Management System for day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team and independently, and can follow procedures and policies as requested. Being punctual, reliable and professional at all times is key, and they'll plenty of opportunity for training and career development.
