Registry £24,242 - £26,287 per annum Fixed term for 12 months 37 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join the Registry and Academic Development Team, to work as part of the Course Administration Team, providing a comprehensive and responsive administrative and reception service in support of the student lifecycle and enhancement activities. This is a busy and varied role requiring meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all duties are completed effectively and to the highest of standards. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a high-quality service to all customers. You will enjoy working across a wide range of activities, for example, handling student enquiries and supporting student focused events such as graduation ceremonies and examinations. With a minimum standard of education demonstrated by GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, you will have experience of administrative work in a busy office environment, including maintaining accurate records and servicing meetings, and will be able to satisfy all criteria detailed in the person specification. It is also important that you understand and have empathy with the experiences of students in higher education.
