Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading specialist in drylining and ceiling solutions. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to join the team. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the operational success of multiple large-scale projects across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee operations across various projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Directly manage a team of 4 Contracts Managers, providing leadership, support, and direction to drive project success. Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements. Ensure efficient coordination between contracts managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines. Travel between project sites across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex to ensure smooth operations and provide on-the-ground support. Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and ensure that all teams follow industry standards. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an operations management role within the drylining and ceilings sector is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multiple Contracts Managers and drive operational excellence. A track record of delivering successful projects, on time and within budget. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex as needed. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary between £80,000 - £90,000 based on experience. Company vehicle and additional benefits.
