Overview
The Executive PA is a newly created dedicated role which will help the board to grow the team further, whilst maintaining employee engagement. The full-time office-based position will be located at our Castleford branch.
G3 is looking for a confident, experienced individual, who will have the opportunity to engage in a wide-ranging role across the business. From assisting the Board through maintaining diaries and managing bookings, to responsibility for the procurement of non-vehicle related goods and services, and coordination of company health and safety matters, the role offers variety and exposure across the business. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks, as well as having the required organizational skills to manage a varied workload. The candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to be assertive and be able to challenge senior managers where appropriate.
Reporting directly to the board, the ideal candidate will be expected to have a degree of commercial acumen alongside the organizational skills mentioned previously. Ensuring that the business maintains keen pricing when procuring goods and services will be one of the key success factors for the candidate, given the inflationary pressures that are currently evident. Alongside this, supplier management will be equally important as the business scales.
This role is ideally suited for a candidate with an interest in the automotive industry. While this is not essential, prior experience of acting as a PA to Board members is a prerequisite.
As the business continues to expand via organic growth and future acquisitions, there is an opportunity to progress into further roles within the wider business, with natural progression into health and safety or procurement as the business scales should the candidate desire this.
