Duties
* Responsible for supporting the estimating team.
* Responsible for preparing and issuing package enquiries to subcontractors.
* Analysing quotations from subcontractors.
* Updating and monitoring a Tender event schedule.
* Attending package workshops and internal team meetings.
* Inputting, monitoring, and updating the package analysis information from package comparisons.
* Preparation of tenders.
* Attending and presenting at tender adjudications.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation.
* Effective written communication and report-writing ability.
* A sense of ethical responsibility.
* A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Good risk management identification and mitigation experience.
* Always looking to develop and improve the way in which tasks can be completed effectively.
* Taking responsibility for given tasks.
* Willingness to put maximum effort into the completion of tasks.
