Job Title: Intervention Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Lytham (FY8) Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £150 Per hour Job Duties: Provide targeted intervention to students who require additional support in specific subjects Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual needs of students Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student learning Maintain accurate records of student performance and interventions provided Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in delivering targeted interventions to students Strong knowledge of the national curriculum Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Strong classroom management skills Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support Working Conditions: Work in a school environment Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work required Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
