Data Analytics & Insight support Strategic programmes, Member channels, Customer journeys, Financial crime, and COO controls. This pivotal role will sit in the COO central function as part of the Data Analytics and Insight team.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team of high performing data analysts and data scientists responsible for insight to improve operational efficiency, strategic investment programmes, and customer journeys. Building strong relationships with senior and executive audiences, you will be influencing and impacting positive change across the organisation based on data.

What you’ll be doing
* Lead and nurture a team of data analysts to problem solve, connect teams, and tailor proposals based on data insight.
* Produce clear, engaging data led insights and proposals by stitching together complex data from many different sources e.g. digital channels (App, IB, Chat), Telephony (IVR, agent, call transcripts), back office, branch, raw transactional data, processes, complaints, financial, communications, trading, and service interactions.
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively identify areas of opportunities through data.
* Champion a culture that achieves business goals, delights customers, and is right first time.
* Identify opportunities for wider COO team and influence change agendas.
About you
You will have:
* Expertise and knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python or Business Intelligence technologies such as Power BI or QlikSense.
* A passion for people leadership with strong experience of leading, coaching, and developing BI or analytical teams.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to nurture and lead a high performing team.
* Experience being an advocate for data-driven decisions, strong data governance and data quality.
* Experience working with teams to create scalable analytical solutions, and resolving complex technical issues.
