This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with one or two years experience, to develop their skills in sales and business development while working alongside a team of experienced engineers and commercial leaders. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services. Support the implementation of the company’s commercial strategy. Research and identify potential customers and markets. Assist in reaching out to new customers and supporting existing clients. Help build relationships with key industry stakeholders. Work with regional sales consultants/agencies. Assist in preparing customer quotes and proposals. Contribute to marketing efforts, including sales materials and presentations. Attend industry events and trade shows to support business development. Track and report on key sales metrics. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role (preferably within engineering, technology, or sustainability industries). A strong interest in sustainability and engineering solutions. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Some experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A second language is desirable but not essential.
