12.30pm - 4.30pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Temporary ongoing as required with a view to a permanent role after a qualifying period.

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.
2. Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organization.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
5. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role.
2. Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
