Job Description
Finance Assistant (HYBRID):
* Performing data entry and maintaining financial records
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
* Participating in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations
* Providing support for budget preparation
* Conducting financial analysis and presenting findings to the team
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Supporting the accounting team in day-to-day operations
* Helping to streamline and improve financial processes within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant (HYBRID) should have:
* A solid understanding of accounting and financial principles
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
