Twinkl ESL supports English language teachers around the world, from Japan to Mexico. We create resources designed for teachers teaching kids, teens, and adults English as a second language.
The Role:
We are looking for a fast-paced, go-getting, and creative marketeer who will thrive on the challenge of taking Twinkl’s ESL marketing to the next level. You will focus on campaign planning, influencer marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the ESL marketing strategy from planning to execution and reporting.
2. Drive growth from social media, email marketing, influencers, partnerships, and external advertising opportunities.
3. Oversee the main educational brand channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
4. Coordinate with the Pinterest marketing team to grow our Pinterest account.
5. Manage Twinkl ESL’s influencer marketing and ambassador programme.
6. Ideate, coordinate, create, execute, track, and report on seasonal and topical social media marketing campaigns.
7. Communicate and report on campaign and strategy performance.
8. Analyse data to inform marketing actions.
9. Deliver month-on-month and year-on-year increases in referrals, sign-ups, and conversions.
10. Oversee email marketing strategy, managing newsletters to our audience of over 600,000 teachers in 166 countries.
11. Manage a marketing assistant to support in daily operations.
Requirements:
1. 3-year marketing degree from an accredited University.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional marketing role.
3. Proven experience in a senior product marketing role.
4. Strong background in developing and executing product marketing strategies.
5. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Deep understanding of the education sector and digital marketing landscape.
8. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools.
9. Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
10. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
11. Project management proficiency.
12. Social media savviness across various platforms.
13. A commercial thinker comfortable with taking calculated risks.
