About the Role
Your enthusiasm for bikes and customer service skills will lead you to success in this role. You will deliver high standards of cycle service and repair, working on various types of cycles including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes. Your responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out service and repair work.
2. Helping develop team members.
3. Providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Ideally, you have experience in retail or cycle services, but practical skills and a passion for customer service are equally valuable. We provide training to support your career development.
Requirements
* Experience in cycle service, building, and repair.
* Experience in customer service, preferably retail or cycle-related.
* Ability to share expertise with others.
* Experience working towards sales targets.
* Availability for rota shifts, including weekends.
