Salary: £28,000 to £32,000

Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Role profile
As a key player within the sales operation, you'll have the chance to make a difference! You'll provide a high level of customer service through efficient and effective operations. This role involves data entry, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage order processing cycle and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
2. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations.
3. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
4. Applying for Export Licences (desirable but not essential).
5. Raising Change of Design Requests (CDR) for new specs.
6. Handle customer enquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate team member on phone and email.
7. Help to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the sales team or management when necessary.
8. Convert enquiries into sales orders and generate new business.
9. Support the external Sales Team.
10. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
11. Assist in developing and implementing new sales support strategies and tools.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
4. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Team player with a proactive approach and a 'Can do' attitude.
8. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
