IT Support Engineer – 3-month Contract – Bristol My legal client is looking for a IT Support Engineer to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve technical issues which will be handled by telephone or email. The customer is looking for support with ITIL, Service Now and iManage. The IT Support Engineer would be required to triage and resolve tickets (Mostly Law firm specific tickets). The IT Support Engineer would have strong experience with ITIL, Service Now and Law Firm applications such as iManage. IT Support Engineer Requirements Recent IT Support Engineer experience within the legal Sector Previous experience of working within an IT Support Engineer role Service Now experience essential Experience with Law firm applications such as DMS iManage or similar Document Management Systems (intapp, netdocument, aderant expert, LexWorkplace, eDOCS, ProLaw, SmartVault etc) ITIL practices – implementing practices. Microsoft Office applications (M365) – Administration & Support Windows 10/11 – Administration & Support Active Directory experience Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system – Service Now. The successful IT Support Engineer is required onsite in Bristol.
