Exam results are very good and still improving. Bonus Pastor offers French and Spanish from Key Stage 3 to GCSE level and benefits from the school’s strong partnership with local 6th Forms and Colleges and universities, such as Goldsmiths and St Dunstan's.

Person Specification:
* Qualified teacher status
* Graduate with a specialism in Spanish or French with the ability to teach Spanish to KS4
* An understanding of the National Curriculum in Modern Foreign Languages
* The ability to raise attainment, achievement and aspirations for all students
* Ability to use ICT effectively in the teaching of MFL and share good practice within the department
* The ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team and draw upon own initiative
* A commitment to continually developing high quality teaching and learning through a range of appropriate teaching strategies
* Ability to self-evaluate and adopt strategies to enhance teaching performance in MFL
* An understanding of Assessment in Modern Foreign Languages
* Ability to use data effectively in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your own and pupil performance and inform appropriate actions
