We are looking for a Fleet Lease Administrator to join the Governance & Integrity team. About the Role Reporting into the Fleet Lease analyst, you will ensure all fleet leases are transacted, invoices validated, sent for payment, and recorded in the fleet lease accounting system. You will also: ● Ensure relevant controls are adhered to and audit trails are updated to deliver accurate and timely reporting to end users. ● Provide support to Property data management and project systems teams when required. ● Guarantee data governance & integrity activity is completed and evidenced in line with SLAs. ● Support maintenance of catalogue of tasks, times, and ensure end user processes are accurate and up to date. ● Be the point of contact for customer queries, with responses provided in a complete and timely manner. About You To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below: ● Structured and methodical approach and a high attention to detail ● Good communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical matters to a wide audience. ● Ability to respond at pace to changing requirements in business performance reporting. ● Ability to digest and action requirements and to identify and recommend alternative options. ● Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative to deliver to tight timescales. ● Experience of working with a cross-section of users at differing levels.
