Energy Specialist
Location: Horsham (successful candidates will be required to travel to Newbury once a month)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary, £76k OTE and uncapped commission

We are looking for an Energy Specialist to join our growing and friendly business. Previous energy experience isn't required as full product training, and ongoing support will be provided.
What will you be doing?
Proactively calling through both existing customers and potential new customers to generate opportunities to quote for energy.
Accurately profile prospects both for now and your future; collecting all the information required - including Letter of Authorities and billing information - concisely understand a prospects current position with regards to their energy contracts.
Manage the progress of your upcoming opportunities via our CRM system.
Audit current energy bills and provide feedback with the aim of creating an opportunity to quote on their energy renewal.
Price SME and Corporate opportunities through Fidelity's portal, and provide quotations to customers in a timely manner, tracking them through our CRM.
Keep on top of the energy market, understanding macro factors that have and can impact energy costs.
Provide consultative advice to customers on the solutions available to them and work with them to come with Global 4.
Required skills & experience
Sales experience transacting with Clients primarily by phone, ideally within a similar industry.
Numerate and analytical.
Ability to solve detailed problems and use your own initiative.
Computer Literate (Several CRMs to work on).
Be hardworking.
Be fun and charismatic.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Self-motivated.
Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives.
Experience of lead generation in a B2B sales environment.
