Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee Fire Alarm Key Accounts, providing technical expertise and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. General Fire Technical Knowledge: Have a good understanding of fire safety systems to engage in informed discussions about extinguishers, suppression, compartmentation, FRA's, etc.
2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships to become the go-to adviser for clients in the fire industry.
3. Sales Closing: Ability to close sales and conduct surveys effectively.
4. Organisation / Admin / IT Skills: Stay organized in a busy role, able to create performance/progress reports using MS Excel.
5. Project Management: Understanding of project management delivery.
6. Financial / Commercial Awareness: Recognize the financial objectives of the role.
7. Technical / Fire Alarm Design: Qualified FIA in design or have relevant design experience, capable of creating designs and large project costing.
