TRC Northeast are currently recruiting Warehouse / Quality Operatives for our World Class Manufacturing client based in Sunderland on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate. Duties: Inspecting products at various stages of production to identify any defects, deviations, or nonconformities. Ensuring that products meet specified standards and regulations. Maintaining accurate records of inspections and any issues identified. Working with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Utilizing various tools and equipment to conduct inspections, such as measuring instruments. Participating in investigations to determine the root causes of defects and nonconformities. Maintaining a shop floor presence with a strong focus on quality and safety. Skills : Attention to Detail: A strong ability to spot subtle product defects and deviations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and issues to production teams and other stakeholders. Knowledge of Quality Control Processes: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality control procedures. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and analyse issues and propose solutions. Documentation Skills: Ability to accurately record and document inspection findings. Compliance: Understanding and adhering to relevant regulations and standard. Preferences: Prior experience working in a manufacturing/Warehouse sector. Ability to problem solve. Physically fit. Schedule: Monday to Friday. No weekends. Overtime. £12.21ph. 2 Shift rotation of Dayshift and Late Shift: Dayshift: 07:00-15:18 Monday to Thursday. 07:00-14:53 Friday.
