Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: As the Senior People Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the organi s ation, responsible for developing and implementing the complex care people strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Workforce Planning: Lead the forecasting and analysis of people requirements, ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our goals. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, creating a positive work environment aligned with our mission and values. Change Management: Lead and support organi s ational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and integration of new processes. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and support to senior leaders, enhancing their ability to manage teams effectively and drive performance. Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee people support during regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with all legal and organi s ational requirements. People Management: You will be supported by and lead a team consisting of People Specialist s, Recruitment Specialist & L&D Specialist who will further enhance the full people offering for the business unit. Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualifications: Degree in HR, Business, Law, or a relevant subject; CIPD Levels 5 or 7 preferred. Experience: Significant HR experience in a multi-site environment, particularly in complex care settings. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and social care regulations, including CQC and Care Inspectorate standards. Proven experience in developing and implementing people strategies that align with organi s ational goals. Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret people metrics and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience in managing complex employee relations matters and leading organi s ational change Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges. Ability to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing within the organi s ation. Proven track record of enhancing employee engagement and retention.
