Job Description What You’ll Be Doing at Kerakoll Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and track non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, and quality culture change. Deliver ISO 9001 and QMS training and provide quality updates to SLT meetings. Support KPI evaluation, risk analysis, and management reviews. Sustainability Monitor ESG project progression and act as the liaison between corporate and local initiatives. Provide sustainability updates for SLT meetings and business reports. Team Support Offer one-to-one guidance to the team, ensuring continuity in department activities. Essential What You’ll Bring to Kerakoll Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001. Experience in internal and external audits. Analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. Preferred Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or ISO 45001. Knowledge of ESG and sustainability projects. Experience in training teams on quality assurance. Understanding of risk management in a business environment. Background in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Key Attributes Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
