We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our Chequers division overseeing a group of housing association contracts. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will manage and motivate a team of 4 field-based Account Managers, driving the performance of the business and operating strategies for the region.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be:
* Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
* Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
* Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region.
* Managing client engagement, and driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins
* Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have:
* Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome.
* The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
* Experience gained ideally with a mixture of client groups including commercial, local authority and education.
* Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy.
* Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
