Customer Administrator Location: WellingboroughContract Type: Temporary (2 months)Hybrid Working: Possible after initial training period About the Role: One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Administrator to join their team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Administer new starter onboarding, including document verification, contract issuance, and reference checks. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment law. Process Management: Efficiently manage employee lifecycle processes, such as leavers, maternity/paternity leave, and contract changes. Query Resolution: Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally. Report Generation: Prepare and analyse various reports, including headcount, starters, and leavers. Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, mail merges, and other administrative duties. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
