An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse First Line Manager role in a new Customer Fulfilment Centre. This role is integral to the operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing colleagues and agency staff across the site within a 24/7 warehouse operation.

What you'll do:
* Manage warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick and dispatch products in line with agreed service levels
* Ensure adherence to all Legal, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Working Time Directive and Operational procedures
* Support the delivery of the Business Plan by setting and achieving specific measurable targets for the team
* Maximise productivity and manage overtime and agency usage to improve costs
* Communicate operational and business plans effectively to all colleagues
* Support a culture of Continuous Improvement across the department
* Achieve key customer service level requirements including pick and order accuracy
* Ensure adherence to all aspects of Health and Safety and HACCP regulations
* Manage performance of all colleagues within the team to ensure achievement of operational targets
* Cover in the absence of the Warehouse Shift Manager
