Developing those core relationships with both staff and students, initiating plans and working as a team to help develop the mind’s of the students at hand. We are looking for a handful of graduates for an immediate start to fill both part time and full time positions as well as recruting a whole lot more for the next academic year The roles and responsibilities: Helping students with their learning, focusing on their engagement to the learning objectives Supervising groups of students, making sure they’re maintaining school values. Creating a welcoming and safe environment for the students to work in. Developing programmes of social activities to aid behavioural activity. Monitoring and recording behaviour and progress Working 1:1 and / or groups of students, captivating them with school activities. The successful candidate will: Have a passion for education. Be a positive and enthusiastic role model. Have drive to progress, constantly improving their practise. Be able to build trusting relationships with students and staff Have knowledge on the ability of behaviour and how to deal with various social situations.
