Job Description:

Essential Experience:
1. Strong experience in fashion supply for clothing, accessories, or footwear.
2. Proficiency in Incoterms and Critical Path Management for diverse production types across the Far East, Bangladesh, and India.
3. Expertise in ERP systems like SAP or Business Central, covering order processing, invoicing, and payment terms.
4. Familiarity with retailer customer manuals and systems.
5. A proven track record of managing the critical path from sales order to delivery.
Person Specification:
1. Experience within a merchandising team for a supplier.
2. Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with advanced Excel skills.
3. Experience working with overseas factories and strong CMT knowledge.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
5. Ability to manage tight deadlines and the critical path effectively.
6. Passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic, and extremely diligent.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Daily analysis of gross margins against expected margins for new contracts/orders.
2. Escalation of issues to resolve any discrepancies in cost, quantity, or margin.
3. Weekly reporting on identified issues and their resolution.
4. Collaboration with the finance team to ensure accurate document processing in our financial ERP.
5. Maintenance of gross margin integrity as a systems superuser, working closely with the Systems and Data team.
This role is perfect for someone who is numerically inclined and enjoys working with large data sets, ensuring attention to detail and timely corrective actions.
