We are looking for one person to join our Membership and Development team as a Junior Development Co-ordinator. You will coordinate and support the delivery of participation projects with a focus on junior golf as outlined within the England Golf Course Planner You must be able to demonstrate: Ability to solve problems within area of work/knowledge. Understanding of the sporting landscape within England. Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues. Capable of gathering and analysis of information. Preparation of clear & thorough reports. Outstanding communication skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations. Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to tight timescales. Excellent use of IT tools including spreadsheets, word processing, survey tools, email and social media. The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU.
