Management Accountant

At Redkite we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and innovative environment. We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a vital role in driving financial excellence across the organisation.
Role Overview:
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and business performance reports for the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for maintaining the budget and forecast models and working closely with the Finance Director to deliver budgets, forecasts and business plans as required.
You will collaborate closely with the HR, IT, and Admin & Facilities teams, acting as a trusted business partner, providing financial support and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and prepare accurate management accounts and variance analysis on a timely basis.
* Maintain and develop the reporting, budgeting and forecasting models.
* Lead the budget and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Manage and coordinate the statutory audit and statutory accounts process, working closely with external auditors.
* Ensure technical (accounting) changes are appropriately communicated and applied to the firms accounts.
* Provide financial insights and support to HR, IT, and Facilities & Admin teams to enhance decision-making.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
* Assist the Finance Director in relation to the Partnership Tax and Accounting transactions.
* Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management accounting.
* Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
* Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
