Plant Operator
Location – Inverness - Highlands
In the first instance we are looking for people who live in Inverness and surrounding areas
Here at Murphys we pride ourselves on delivering world calls infrastructure and this project is no exception:
Based in the Scottish Highlands we will be commencing the grounds works on our overhead lines’ energy project.
We are currently looking to speak with skilled and experienced Plant Operatives ideally with previous experience of working on power / energy projects.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy plant machinery efficiently & safely.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct routine inspections of your equipment and report any issues.
Requirements:
Relevant tickets to carry out the role.
Proven experience as a heavy plant operator in infrastructure projects
Proficient operation of relevant heavy machinery and equipment.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and best practice.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
UK driving licence.
