Whether it’s Fastlove, The Rocketman, or You Win Again, our productions are recognised for their high standards and ability to captivate audiences across the globe. The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house digital team. You will be responsible for managing the strategy, quality, and budgets of our digital marketing efforts, ensuring that Entertainers is an industry leader in both paid and non-paid digital spaces. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a digital marketing team consisting of 2 Digital Marketing Executives and 1 Digital Marketing Assistant. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and more. Oversee the digital presence for our touring shows, ensuring maximum ticket sales and brand exposure. Manage the digital marketing strategy for Entertainers Tickets, our customer-facing ticket brand. Drive innovation in our digital campaigns, utilising creative approaches to reach and engage our target audiences. Analyse campaign performance, optimise for conversion, and ensure campaigns are within budget. Experience in analytics and tracking, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, is preferable. Experience with Meta Conversion API is highly desirable. Work alongside wider marketing departments, including the Campaign and Design teams. Attend head of department meetings and contribute to the growth and continued success of the business. Travel to shows and events may be required at times. About You: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing ads across multiple platforms. Experience in conversion-focused advertising and creative content development. Bold, outgoing, and a natural leader with a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player who can inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.
