In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive audits on a diverse range of claims, including complex cases, across multiple lines of business such as Motor, Property, Marine, Financial Lines, and EL&PL, spanning the UK, Europe, US and Ireland. You'll support the implementation of our claims audit strategy, utilize cutting-edge audit tools, and deliver insightful reports to key stakeholders. Your ability to monitor and respond to feedback, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and make sound recommendations will be key to building confidence in our audit process. Your new role: Conduct both internal and external audits on various claims, including claims of a complex nature, across multiple lines of business including Motor, Property, Marine, Financial Lines and EL&PL, across the UK, Europe, US and Ireland. Support the implementation of the claims audit strategy and achievement of the audit plan. Comply with all relevant policies and procedures. Utilise audit tools to create reports and deliver these to key stakeholders. Monitor and respond to feedback during audits to ensure confidence in the audit process and provide timely and accurate feedback with audit findings. Demonstrate a customer service approach to professionally address issues and make relevant, commercial, and sound recommendations. Ensure on-going compliance with audit requirements and preservation of actual and perceived independence. Draft, prepare and submit audit findings that can be included in the final audit report. Keep up with industry and regulatory developments and apply this knowledge. About you Experience in auditing claims files is preferred but required A background in technical claims handling and an understanding of the claims process Familiarity with various lines of business within the insurance sector is a plus Ability to manage time effectively whilst having strong planning and organisational capabilities Keen eye for detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with strong influencing skills Why QBE?
