Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience

The Role
We are expanding and looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Representative to join the UK team. While field sales experience is a great advantage, it's not essential — we’re looking for someone with a passion for sales, who is confident, outgoing, and ready to drive new business opportunities. This is a field-based role, meaning regular travel is essential
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new sales markets and segments to target.
* Proactively seek new customers and build strong relationships with existing clients.
* Represent the clients leisure concepts, products, and services.
* Conduct customer meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
* Prepare tailored price offers and negotiate sales terms.
* Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.
* Participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
* Regularly update and maintain CRM records, tracking sales activities and opportunities.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the General Sales Director.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Is confident and outgoing, comfortable working with a variety of customers.
* Has a positive attitude and a strong drive for success in sales.
* Is organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Enjoys working in a team and collaborating across departments.
* Has a driving license and their own car (due to travel requirements).
* Field sales experience is a plus but not required – a passion for sales and a desire to learn is what matters most!
