Role overview
We’re looking for an Account Director or a Senior Account Director to join our EMEA client services team. Based in London, with hybrid working options, and reporting to one of our Group Client Directors, you will act as a strategic partner to some of our key clients in EMEA, ensuring any work meets their objectives and is delivered on time and to a high standard.
As an Account Director or a Senior Account Director at Agent3, you will:
1. Lead the delivery of end-to-end ABM and customer-centric marketing programmes
2. Define programme objectives and strategy, alongside the GCD
3. Manage and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders
4. Lead, motivate and support the development of a junior team (AM/SAM level)
5. Collaborate with a team of specialists across the agency, bringing them together to deliver the best outcomes for the client
6. Champion commercial focus and rigour within the team
You’ll bring:
1. Expertise in client relationship management to nurture strategic, ongoing, and growing relationships with clients
2. Experience in team leadership, working with a team of AM/SAMs to ensure work is on strategy, consistent with client requirements, and completed on time and to budget
3. Account-based marketing experience
