They have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand the business. They have a new opportunity for an Accounts Manager to join the Northampton Compliance team. This is a permanent full time role with hybrid working and flexible working options (flexing your hours on different days to suit your lifestyle). The Role: Line manage and develop the staff in the accounts team Manage and implement Accounts Workflow Procedures in relation to all aspects of accounts preparation, ensuring team do the same and standards are maintained at a high level Manage incoming accounts jobs to ensure that resources are available to meet client's accounting deadlines and match internal resources available. Comprehensive induction to help you get up to speed About You: ACCA / ACA qualified Strong UK practice experience with 4-5 years post qualification Previous line management experience Financial Reporting - UK GAAP experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills Able to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment Team player Confident, positive, professional and can-do attitude Strong IT skills, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly Create a positive impression with clients and staff
