Location: Norwich (4 days on-site minimum)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
2. Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate across teams to streamline daily functions and address challenges as they arise.
4. Serve as a key point of communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines, and progress reports for ongoing projects.
6. Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities critical to the company’s growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Graduate/Masters/PhD student
2. Thrives in unstructured settings and is comfortable building processes from the ground up.
3. Possesses exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
4. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels.
5. Has experience working alongside senior leadership or in a support role to executives.
