Job Description
* Welcoming and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Managing incoming calls and correspondence.
* Coordinating meeting rooms and managing office facilities.
* Sales order input, raising purchase orders, and ordering uniforms.
* Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
* Assisting with the coordination of events and meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Contributing to the development of office procedures and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist & Office Administrator should have:
* Experience in a Receptionist and/or Administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
* A professional and friendly demeanour.
