A full-time opportunity has arisen to join our busy Sales Team in Newport as a Sales Consultant. In this specially defined role, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to our customers enquiring about the new Ford, MG and used vehicles we supply, together with the associated products also available.
You will also be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of customer service to both our existing loyal customers and new customers experiencing Premier Motors for the first time.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a customer service/sales role. Motor industry knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential as full training is available to the right applicant.
You must be able to demonstrate that you are a high achiever who thrives on challenges, has great attention to detail, and cares about always getting it right for our customers.
Excellent communication, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills are prerequisites, along with high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a full clean driving licence.
The Sales Consultant performs a vital role in translating customer enquiries into sales through creating the right environment and using our established Premier Motors processes.
