As Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour and Pastoral Care, you will lead the strategic direction and management of the schools behaviour and pastoral support systems. Your work will be pivotal in fostering a positive, inclusive and safe school environment. You will work closely with the Headteacher, SENDCo, staff, students and parents to embed their values and create a culture of respect and resilience. The school and the Trust have a supporting governing body with dedicated, experienced staff and the most wonderful, happy pupils. The successful Assistant Headteacher must have experience in school leadership (middle or senior leadership). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
