What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle – From advertising roles and screening applications to arranging interviews and onboarding new employees.
* Partnering with Hiring Managers – Work closely with department leaders to identify and fulfil staffing needs.
* Talent Sourcing – Identify and engage the best candidates through job platforms like LinkedIn.
* Enhancing the Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth recruitment journey with timely communication and feedback.
* Running Local Recruitment Campaigns – Build strong talent pipelines through outreach and engagement initiatives.
* Supporting New Starters – Facilitate onboarding, inductions, and ensure new employees feel welcomed.
* Managing Recruitment Administration – Keep records accurate and up to date, including issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
* Sponsorship & Compliance – Oversee the company’s sponsorship license and ensure all right-to-work documentation is compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
* Recruitment experience in food manufacturing (minimum 3 years, agency or in-house)
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* A proactive and hands-on approach – ability to take ownership and drive recruitment projects forward
* Confidence on the phone and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced working environment
